NMC’s sustainability priorities begin with Somaliland’s nomadic livestock communities and the responsible use of natural forage. Our development work includes verifying participating grazing lands and documenting forage availability, animal movements and land conditions.
We intend to develop practical animal-health, water and shelter procedures at the planned Beer operational base, with documented responsibilities for participating owners and forage partners. These plans require verification, agreements, funding and implementation.
USDA organic readiness is an objective; certification has not yet been obtained. NMC does not claim verified emissions reductions, certified facilities or current commercial processing through this article. We will report measurable results as supporting evidence becomes available.
